What is is the official single-match suites and concert suites website for SNHU Arena. is designed specifically for premium suite sales (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by SNHU Arena and powered by SuitePro®.

Am I buying directly from SNHU Arena?

Yes, the suites listed for sale on this website come from SNHU Arena directly.

If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

Additional suite tickets are available with all suite purchases. The tickets that come with your suite purchase are the fixed arena seats. All suites have additional high top seating located on a bar railing overlooking the arena as well as couches and chairs inside the suite.

Where applicable, additional tickets can be added to your order at the time of purchase, or you may contact your representative after your purchase to secure any additional tickets in a separate transaction.

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a suite service representative will reach out via email to confirm your reservation and ticket delivery method and timing. Please note, there may be a delay between your purchase and ticket delivery. All tickets will be delivered digitally and can be accessed via your phone.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be provided with additional instruction to claim your digital tickets.Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into SNHU Arena.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All suites, loge boxes, and club spaces are ADA accessible.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

The price you see is the price you pay. In-suite catering may be an additional expense if it is not included with your booking. The cost of in-suite catering can vary widely; please connect with your service representative to see a copy of the suites catering menu for exact costs.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. All suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events, see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Following your purchase, your suite representative will provide you with a copy of the suite catering menu along with order instructions. Advanced catering orders are typically due 1-2 weeks prior to an event. Food/drink can also be ordered from your suite during your event.

Please note the Event Day Menu will offer more limited selections.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No. In-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and beverage individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted.

How much does catering typically cost?

Exact costs will be provided in the catering menu. Packages are set based on type of food and beverage - i.e., individual items vs. packages. - and number of people.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children under the age of two (2) do not require a ticket for admission into SNHU Arena. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending an event with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and SNHU Arena)?

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

VIP Parking passes are available for purchase (they are not included in the suite purchase) if not there are surrounding parking garages and street parking options available.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances are located in the back of the SNHU Arena off of Chestnut Street. The purchase of a suite allows you access through the VIP entrance.

When does my suite open?

Suites will open when arena doors open. Door times vary per arena event. We encourage you to check door times at:

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by an attendant. An Event Day menu will be available in your suite and food/drink orders can be placed through your server .In-suite catering items are served in group portions, not individually. Please make your suite representative aware of your intent to purchase food and beverage if you would like to place an order in advance.

Should I tip our suite attendant?

While it is not required, gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated.
